The Ardo Amaryll is made in-house in Switzerland based on more than 60 years of experience with breast pumps. Includes a 22mm breast shell insert. In addition to a regular 26mm breast shell, the pump comes with a 22mm insert for those moms that need a smaller size flange.

The Lip Valve Should Look Like This Ardo lip valves are DESIGNED to be a bit open in the "resting state", so pumped milk can actually flow into the bottle. When the user actually activates the lever of the Amaryll, the lip valve correctly closes to create the vacuum. After release of the lever, the lip valve opens a little in order to let the milk drop into the bottle.

So, don't be alarmed if you see the lips of the valve are slightly open! They're meant to be! : )
